Born in Lisbon in April 1997, Alexandre Muge is an independent director and screenwriter. Strongly influenced by his family, he developed an interest in cinema early on, particularly in photography and creative writing. In 2022, he graduated in Film Production from the University of Bedfordshire, London. He is here to present his first work as a director and screenwriter: a short film that also served as his final project for his degree, earning the best grade of the year.

Soon after starting his studies in 2019, Alexandre joined a group of film students and together they created a production company, "Kletick_," which, although affected by the pandemic, was able to carry out several projects: In February 2021, during quarantine, and using new technologies like "ZOOM," they made the short film "Juicers." It received an honorable mention at the London-Worldwide Comedy Short Film Festival and was a finalist at the Beyond the Curve International Film Festival. In March 2022, with the support of his production company, Alexandre wrote and directed his first short film, "Spring Solstice." This was his final degree project, for which he earned the best grade of the year.
